Abstract
This Sichuan-style cucumber salad is a refreshing and spicy dish made with cucumbers tossed in a flavoursome dressing. Hot oil is poured over the aromatics, ‘cooking’ and releasing their flavour, and then mixed with sesame oil, soy sauce and black vinegar.
