Strawberry lemon crêpe cake

Abstract

This showstopper cake has a layers of rich lemon and white chocolate curd and a cream-with-cream-cheese filling layered between crepes, topped with more whipped cream cheese, fresh strawberries and almonds. The cake can be made up to two days before serving.
